About The Position

HUB International is seeking a Benefits Account Manager to join its Employee Benefits Insurance team. The role serves benefits clients, including client companies and their employees, and works within a service team alongside Account Managers, Account Executives, Account Coordinators, Marketing Analysts, consultants, and sales producers. The position contributes to delivering the agency’s client experience and service standards.

The Benefits Account Manager leads pre-renewal, renewal, and enrollment processes; supports clients with daily service needs; and advises them on current market conditions and regulatory changes. The role also requires timely and accurate documentation in agency management systems. A Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of employment and maintained throughout employment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of employee benefits experience, including group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer software applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe.
• Obtain a Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license within 60 days of employment and maintain it throughout employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with self-funded plans.
• Experience with BenefitPoint and ImageRight.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
