About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level and experienced Jewelers to join its Field Design & Service Center Team at the Southern Trails Shopping Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Team members restore jewelry, perform repairs, and may design and create custom jewelry according to their current skillset. They are expected to deliver a customer-first experience that exceeds expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs. The role offers training and continuous learning, with opportunities to develop from beginner to artisan in a promote-from-within environment. Pay is based on current jeweler skillset and experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of Bench Jeweler or relevant skilled-trades experience working with fine metals.
• Pass a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-service orientation and a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Seasonal required overtime.

Nice To Haves

• High school degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair.

Responsibilities

• Restore jewelry to its original condition through jewelry repair and restoration work.
• Perform bench-jeweler tasks such as chain and clasp repair, prong retipping, stone setting, creating stone mountings, channel and platinum rebuilds, minor ring repair, and other jewelry repairs, as applicable to current skillset.
• Perform wax carving, fabrication, and casting, as applicable to current skillset.
• Design and create custom jewelry, including CAD/CAM design work, as applicable to current skillset.
• Provide customer-first service that exceeds customer expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs.
