About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level and experienced Jewelers to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. Team members use their skills to restore jewelry, perform repairs, and, depending on their experience, design and create custom jewelry. The role is part of a promote-from-within environment with jeweler training programs and continuous learning intended to support skill development and career advancement. Candidates may be assessed through a qualified bench test to establish their current jeweler level. The position is based at the Crestview Hills Town Center in Crestview Hills, Kentucky.

Requirements

1–3 years of bench jeweler or relevant skilled-trades experience working with fine metals.
Pass a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-service-minded approach and high standards for quality work.
Basic computer skills.
Varying hours, including some nights and weekends; full-time work consists of 40 hours per week with seasonal required overtime.

Nice To Haves

High school degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Knowledge or skills in stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair.

Responsibilities

Restore jewelry and perform jewelry repairs to meet customer expectations for quality.
Perform work aligned with current skills, which may include chain and clasp repair, re-tipping prongs, setting stones, creating stone mountings, channel and platinum rebuilds, and minor ring and other jewelry repairs.
Depending on skills, perform wax carving, fabrication, casting, custom design and creation, and CAD/CAM design work.
Deliver a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.
