About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join its Field Design & Service Center Teams. Apprentices learn the business from the ground up through administrative responsibilities, customer service, and basic jewelry-repair work while training toward becoming a Bench Jeweler. The company offers a full training program and a promote-from-within path from apprentice to artisan.

The role includes interacting with stores and customers, completing administrative and clerical tasks, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning jewelry repair basics such as polishing and quality control. Candidates with basic jewelry or repair knowledge are welcome, as are people with a passion and desire to learn the trade. Team members contribute to a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred, but not required.
• Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
