About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler for its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role begins with administrative and clerical duties, customer service, jewelry intake photography and tracking, polishing, and quality control, while the apprentice learns the basics of jewelry repair and trains toward becoming a Bench Jeweler. Signet provides a full training program and opportunities to advance from apprentice to artisan in a promote-from-within environment. Candidates with basic jewelry or repair knowledge are welcome, as are candidates with a strong interest in learning the jeweler trade. The team focuses on delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred, but not required.
• Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design.
• High school degree or equivalent.
