Bench General Manager

Dash In•La Plata, MD
•$65,000 - $75,000

About The Position

Dash In is hiring a Bench Store Manager to support and learn its Southern Maryland market while preparing to take over a store. The position is intended for experienced restaurant, kitchen, or multi-unit leaders seeking broader operational exposure, store-level P&L responsibility, and a path to becoming a Store General Manager. The role involves training alongside experienced leaders, running stores when needed, and developing the skills to manage a Dash In location independently once placed. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position rather than a desk job. The manager leads teams, oversees high-volume foodservice and retail operations, manages store financial results, and ensures brand standards. The role supports multiple locations and requires travel between assigned sites. After training, the employee acts as store leader during General Manager absences. The position is full-time and salaried, with a base pay range of $64,000–$75,000 and eligibility for an annual bonus of up to 5%. The schedule is flexible based on business needs at a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Initial training may take place outside the employee’s home location; accommodations are provided if needed.
