About The Position

Guest Arrival Experts create memorable experiences from guests’ arrival through departure by delivering a range of services that guide them through those experiences. They take initiative, move about their work area, and handle operational needs, guest requests, reports, and sharing information about local highlights. They make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.

The role requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Arrival Experts spend extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and perform hands-on work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects. They perform these and other reasonable duties as requested to support guests and the business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.
