About The Position
Rings bells for The Salvation Army Christmas Program at assigned locations. The Bell Ringer ensures the kettle is never left unattended and greets the public in a courteous and friendly manner. Duties are conducted in accordance with The Salvation Army’s ministry and Christian principles, with professionalism and an understanding of the organization’s mission, philosophy, culture, and protocol.
Requirements
- Ability to meet attendance requirements.
- Ability to stand in one location for extended periods outdoors, with breaks and lunch periods as required by state law.
- Ability to perform duties with an understanding of The Salvation Army’s mission, ministry, philosophy, culture, and protocol.
- Conduct communications and job duties with the highest level of professionalism.
- No formal education or experience requirements.
