About The Position

The Bell Captain is responsible for checking guest and visitor baggage and ensuring the security of the baggage room. This role also involves coordinating group baggage arrivals with the concierge and sales departments, ensuring hotel guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient bell services, and promoting positive public relations. The Bell Captain will also perform other duties as assigned.
