About The Position

The Bell Attendant retrieves and operates the bell cart, escorts guests, and carries or transports luggage to and from guest rooms. The role maintains clean and orderly bell stand and luggage areas and coordinates with Security regarding suspicious, dangerous, or unclaimed luggage. The attendant accurately assigns and verifies vehicle claim tickets, keeps the driveway clear of vehicles that do not require valet assistance, cleans areas around the booth and valet area, and inspects vehicles for damage before or after parking. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Maintain a clean driving record and a valid state driver's license.
• Be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Be able to stand, walk, and run for short bursts during the shift.
• Be able to obtain and maintain any certifications or licenses required by local gaming regulations.
• Present a professional and impeccable appearance and have excellent communication skills.
• Be fluent in English.
• Be able to navigate a bell cart with luggage and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Be able to execute tasks with a high degree of urgency or efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and operate the bell cart.

• Work with Security to report suspicious, dangerous, or unclaimed luggage.

• Clean areas around the booth and valet area.
• Inspect vehicles and report damage that exists before or after parking.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
