The Bell Attendant is the first impression at the La Jolla Shores Hotel. This individual must possess strong customer service skills and consistently provide professional, attentive and genuinely friendly service. The Bell Attendant helps ensure overall member and guest satisfaction by solving problems quickly and efficiently. This person must also have the ability to provide concise and accurate directions and protect the properties from entry by unauthorized persons. The Bell person position is the guests’ initial point of contact and will strongly influence guest impression of the total organization. Prompt and continuous efficient service will contribute to guest comfort and satisfaction.
