About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is seeking a Bell Attendant to support an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. This role plays a key part in delivering personalized, attentive service while ensuring seamless handling of guest belongings and requests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Guest Services, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push carts weighing up to 200 lbs
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to guests, residents, and colleagues
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with arrival and departure, including luggage handling and escorting
  • Deliver luggage to guest rooms upon check-in and retrieve it upon departure
  • Transport packages, envelopes, and other items throughout the hotel
  • Coordinate deliveries to and pick-ups from guest rooms promptly and accurately
  • Maintain organized records of deliveries and guest requests
  • Greet all guests warmly with eye contact, professionalism, and a welcoming demeanor
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Support the guest services team to ensure a smooth and memorable experience
