About The Position

Provide 1:1 in-home ABA services to a 14-year-old nonverbal male client with autism in Forest Hills, Queens. Under BCBA supervision, implement the client’s behavior intervention plan, support communication building and daily-living skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and collect data during each session. The role includes partnering with the client’s family, assisting with personal care, and safely using physical management techniques. The position is designated for a male provider.

Requirements

• Current RBT certification.
• Prior RBT experience; this is not a first placement.
• Direct experience with autism.
• Ability to safely perform physical management techniques and assist with personal care.
• Reliability, calmness under pressure, and consistency from week to week.
• Clear communication with families and clinical staff.
• Male provider, as specified for this role.

Nice To Haves

• Adolescent experience is strongly preferred.
