About The Position

Mindify Wellness and Care is hiring a Spanish-speaking behavioral health clinician to provide services to clients at a partner adult day care center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with additional telehealth opportunities. An established caseload and ongoing referrals are available, and the position is intended to start as soon as possible. Recent graduates and early-career clinicians are welcome to apply. The role is part-time and structured as a 1099 independent contractor position; potential W-2 arrangements may be discussed during the interview process.

Onsite services are generally needed one to three days per week, typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Telehealth sessions may be scheduled on onsite days or separate days, with scheduling flexibility based on provider availability and patient needs. Applicants must be able to provide onsite services in Cherry Hill and are encouraged to commit to at least one onsite day per week.

Compensation is $35–$45 per completed clinical session and varies according to qualifications, licensure, credentials, and clinical experience. Completed sessions are paid; patient cancellations and no-shows are not compensated. Mindify provides administrative support for scheduling, referrals, and patient coordination, malpractice coverage, and clinical supervision when required for eligible clinicians. The clinician will collaborate with psychiatric providers and other behavioral health professionals. Clinical duties are limited to the provider’s qualifications, authorized scope of practice, and applicable supervision requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Bilingual Spanish-English proficiency.
• Ability to provide onsite services in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.
• Clinical responsibilities must be performed according to the provider’s qualifications, authorized scope of practice, and applicable supervision requirements.

• New Jersey credentials such as LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT; MSW graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite behavioral health services to clients at the partner adult day care center.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and/or group therapy within the clinician’s authorized scope of practice.
• Offer telehealth services as scheduled and appropriate.
• Use evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other members of the treatment team.
• Support clients in improving emotional well-being, developing coping skills, and achieving treatment goals.
