About The Position

Mindify Wellness and Care is hiring a Spanish-speaking bilingual clinician to provide in-person therapy at a partner adult day care center in Pennsauken, New Jersey, with additional opportunities to provide telehealth services. An established patient caseload and referrals are available, and the employer is ready to begin scheduling sessions. The role may suit experienced therapists as well as early-career clinicians seeking supervision and hands-on experience.

This is a flexible part-time opportunity. Onsite availability is generally needed 1–3 days per week, depending on the center’s needs. Typical onsite hours are Monday–Friday, either 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Telehealth appointments may be available on the same or separate days. Mindify provides clinical supervision when required, malpractice coverage, scheduling and patient-coordination assistance, and collaboration with other behavioral health professionals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• MSW, LSW, LAC, LPC, or LCSW credentials are considered, subject to applicable New Jersey practice and supervision requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to Spanish-speaking clients within the clinician’s authorized scope of practice.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
