About The Position

Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking a behavioral health professional to serve adults and older adults at a partner adult day care center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with additional telehealth opportunities. The clinician will provide behavioral health assessment, counseling, and therapeutic interventions. Onsite services are typically needed 1–3 days per week, usually Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Additional telehealth sessions may be scheduled based on provider availability and client needs. Applicants should be able to provide onsite services in Cherry Hill on a consistent basis. Spanish-language communication skills are preferred because many clients communicate in Spanish. Clinical duties will be assigned according to the provider’s qualifications, licensure status, scope of practice, and applicable supervision requirements.

This is a part-time independent contractor (1099) position. Compensation is $35–$45 per completed clinical session, based on licensure, credentials, experience, and scope of practice; payment is provided for completed sessions. The organization offers an established referral network, flexible scheduling, administrative support for scheduling, referrals, and client coordination, clinical supervision for eligible providers when required, malpractice coverage, and a collaborative environment with psychiatric and behavioral health professionals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• New Jersey behavioral health credentials, including LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure and supervision.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to provide onsite services consistently in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

Nice To Haves

• Professional Spanish-language communication skills; Spanish and English communication is preferred.
• Experience working with adults, older adults, or community-based populations; experience is preferred but not required.
• Recent graduates who meet applicable requirements for practice and supervision are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services at a partner adult day care center and through telehealth when applicable.
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and/or group counseling within the provider’s scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
