About The Position
Recovia, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor for its Gilbert Clinic in Gilbert, Arizona. Recovia is privately owned and provides whole-person care for behavioral health, complex pain, and substance use disorders. Its multidisciplinary clinics combine medical, behavioral health, and physical therapy services using a biopsychosocial treatment model to support sustainable recovery and quality of life. The counselor provides individual and group therapy to in-clinic patients experiencing mental health issues, assesses patients and develops personalized treatment plans, collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team, and facilitates psychoeducation sessions. Work hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m. or 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch. There are no evenings, weekends, or on-call duties. Supervision is guaranteed for employees who are LACs or LMSWs. Career advancement opportunities to Clinic Director may be available as Recovia expands.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as an LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to in-clinic patients dealing with mental health issues.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care for each patient.
- Facilitate psychoeducation sessions to empower patients with knowledge about their mental health.
