About The Position

Recovia, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor for its Gilbert Clinic in Gilbert, Arizona. Recovia is privately owned and provides whole-person care for behavioral health, complex pain, and substance use disorders. Its clinics combine medical, behavioral health, and physical therapy services using a biopsychosocial treatment model to support sustainable recovery and improve quality of life. The counselor provides individual and group therapy to in-clinic patients experiencing mental health issues, assesses patients and develops personalized treatment plans, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and facilitates psychoeducation sessions. Recovia offers supervision to employees who are LACs or LMSWs and describes opportunities for advancement to Clinic Director as the company expands.

Requirements

Must be licensed as an LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group therapy sessions to in-clinic patients dealing with mental health issues.
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care for each patient.
Facilitate psychoeducation sessions to empower patients with knowledge about their mental health.
