Behavioral Health Technician (Greenbrook)
About The Position
Transform Lives: Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a Patient-Centered Technician in our Agoura Hills Center! Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between 7am-7pm. This role requires consistent availability during those hours, though exact shift times may vary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial relevant work experience preferably in patient or customer facing roles.
- Stable and consistent work history.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
- Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.

Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
- Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
- Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

- paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time.
