About The Position

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in their welcoming outpatient centers. This is an opportunity to grow skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients. The role is full-time, Monday-Friday, with 8-hour shifts varying between 7 am-7 pm, requiring consistent availability during these hours.

Requirements

High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification.
Substantial relevant work experience, preferably in patient or customer-facing roles.
Stable and consistent work history.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field.
At least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.

Responsibilities

Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
Meticulously monitor patient responses.
Administer and record psychiatric rating scales.
Proactively address patient discomfort.
Deliver empathetic and supportive care.
Maintain accurate EHR.
Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

Paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time.
