Behavioral Health Technician Full Time Overnight

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, supporting individuals in treatment, and creating a safe, structured, and encouraging environment. Pyramid Healthcare provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare, including psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental health treatment, and support for clients at all stages of recovery.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Selected candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances. Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Behavioral health or general healthcare experience preferred.
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete the intake process for new clients entering the program.
- Maintain accurate client documentation.
- Observe and document client self-administration of medication, as applicable.
- Coordinate client activities.
- Follow treatment plan objectives and address client-specific needs.
- Evaluate clients’ behavioral and emotional needs and respond appropriately, including crisis intervention.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly treatment environment.
- Assist with clients’ dietary needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
