About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician for its Dublin, New Hampshire location. Avenues is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers offering detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. The position manages daily residential operations, supports and trains the BHT team, promotes client engagement and a positive recovery environment, and ensures compliance with center policies and procedures. Concerns or crises are escalated to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and CPR certification are preferred.
• If in recovery, at least one year of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, empathetic personality and the ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications.
• Train and support the BHT team in its operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale while maintaining a warm, positive recovery environment.
• Ensure clients and BHTs comply with Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
