About The Position

Triangle Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide patient care at its 77-bed hospital. The role supports patients with daily activities and care, assists with diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions, and observes and documents patient behavior. The technician communicates changes in patients’ physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff and may suggest treatment plan modifications. The hospital emphasizes teamwork, low patient ratios, and opportunities for growth within the department.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• BLS Certification.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred.
• CNA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide or assist with patient care, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic interventions.
• Observe and record patient behavior and activities.
• Report changes in patients’ physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Suggest modifications to treatment plans as needed.
