About The Position

ABA Support Services is seeking full-time and part-time Behavioral Health Technicians/RBTs to fill school support roles. This rewarding position offers consistent hours and is an awesome opportunity for someone looking to work in the school environment. Schedules will follow the school calendar year, ensuring weekends off, holidays, and free summers. This role is responsible for providing one-on-one service to clients in the school setting. The BHT is responsible for collecting and recording data based on observed behavior while working with clients. BHTs will assist BCBAs in maintaining up-to-date graphs, as well as summarizing and calculating data. This candidate will also write progress notes and program updates, and create session materials and stimuli. This is a great opportunity to work with children/adolescents on the Autism Spectrum in a forward-thinking and growing organization that uses innovative programs. Optional seasonal summer schedules are available for staff who elect to maintain a 12-month position.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree/AA degree (60 credits) with previous experience preferred, but not required.
Prior experience working with children required.
Willingness to learn and reliability is a must.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Willing to travel to the designated school.
Completed background checks and required clearances must be secured prior to onboarding.
