Pyramid Healthcare is proud to operate a residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment center in Duncansville, PA, supporting adults on their path to recovery. We are currently seeking Part-Time Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) for 2nd shift to provide hands-on support to clients in a structured, recovery-focused environment. The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is a critical frontline role responsible for supporting clients throughout their daily routines. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking experience in mental health, healthcare, or human services—no prior behavioral health experience required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work 2nd shift consistently
  • Reliable and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, or human services
  • Background in customer service, caregiving, or residential support

Responsibilities

  • Assist with client intake and admissions process
  • Observe and document client behavior and self-administration of medication
  • Support individualized treatment plans and recovery goals
  • Monitor emotional and behavioral needs and respond appropriately, including crisis intervention
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and records
  • Coordinate and assist with daily activities and programming
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and structured environment
  • Assist with meal service and dietary needs
  • Complete all required training and compliance tasks
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
