Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Behavioral Health Supervisor at Southern California Treatment Program in Torrance and San Pedro, CA. Requirements

Empathetic, patient, and respectful, with a genuine desire to work with troubled teens.
Pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test.
Hold a current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years.
Licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
Five years of clinical and administrative experience in a residential setting.
Meet the Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements to provide clinical supervision, which includes completing the initial 15 hours of supervision training and coursework, as well as six hours of supervision training during each renewal period while supervising trainees or associates.
Ability to manage multiple people and projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee the clinical operations for two short-term residential therapeutic programs.
Work with program Administrators and Direct Care Staff to ensure that a consistent and collaborative approach is implemented.
Assess resident mental health needs.
Clinical team supervision.
Manage all specialty mental health programming such as working with psychiatrists and other contracted specialists to ensure that appropriate and coordinated care is being provided for each resident.
