About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to work 12-hour night shifts with a rotating weekend schedule. This physically strenuous role provides hands-on patient care and compassionate support in a structured, team-focused environment. The associate helps keep patients safe while supporting their recovery, working under clinical or nursing leadership. The position offers predictable schedules, opportunities for skill development and career growth, and a supportive team culture.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification is required.
• De-escalation and restraint certification are required; training is provided upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population is preferred.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
