About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Associate to work 12-hour night shifts on a rotating weekend schedule. This is a physically strenuous position. The Behavioral Health Associate helps keep patients safe while supporting their recovery through hands-on care and compassionate support in a structured, team-focused environment. The role provides direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership and helps maintain a safe, structured, therapeutic setting. Responsibilities and requirements may evolve based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification is required.
• De-escalation and restraint certification are required; training is provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population is preferred.
