About The Position

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. In this role, you play a vital part in keeping patients safe while supporting their recovery every day. You will provide hands-on care and compassionate support in a structured, team-focused environment. The position offers meaningful work, consistent hours, and opportunities to grow. You will work alongside clinical and nursing leaders in a professional setting with predictable schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification is required; training is provided upon hire.
• De-escalation and restraint certification are required; training is provided upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population is preferred.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
