About The Position

Belmont Behavioral Health System is seeking Behavioral Health Associates to provide hands-on care and compassionate support to patients in a structured, team-focused behavioral healthcare environment. The role is vital to patient safety and recovery and supports people receiving treatment for mental health conditions and substance abuse problems. Associates work under clinical or nursing leadership and contribute to a safe, structured, therapeutic setting. The role is offered full-time and part-time across all shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required; training is provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
