Cortica is hiring dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide life-changing care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model and combines neuroscience and developmental approaches to help children build skills and positive relationships that transfer across home, school, and community settings. Technicians provide individual and group behavior-analytic services, implement behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, collect session data, and work closely with families and supervisors. The position includes a three-week, in-person paid orientation with hands-on training. Technicians collaborate with professionals across disciplines, including speech-language, music, occupational, and physical therapy, as well as counseling and medical specialties.
