About The Position

Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide naturalistic, play-based ABA services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach, helping children build on their unique abilities and develop skills that carry across home, school, and community settings. Cortica combines neuroscience and developmental models to support each child’s growth. Behavior Technicians work with families and clinicians to deliver individualized care. They provide one-to-one and group services, implement strategies developed with a BCBA, track treatment progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors. The role requires travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation, and successful completion of a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review. The listed client schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays. Cortica provides a two-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training, along with ongoing professional development and coaching.
