Behavior Technicians receive a two-week, fully paid, in-person orientation with hands-on training, ongoing professional development, and coaching from Lead Behavior Technicians, ABA Assistant Supervisors, and ABA Supervisors. The position also offers opportunities for career advancement, including the Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, a BCBA role, or corporate support roles. The current client need is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with opportunities to pick up additional Saturday hours. The role requires reliable transportation and consistent travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius.
