Behavior Technician (Paid RBT Training)
About The Position
Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at our Grand Prairie clinic. No prior experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification! This role is ideal for candidates transitioning from fields like early childhood education, daycare teaching, school paraprofessional roles, caregiving, direct support (DSP/CNA), healthcare support, retail, customer service, or hospitality. Your patience, reliability, high energy, and desire to help others are key qualities for success.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or higher.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation for daily commute to the Grand Prairie clinic.
- Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain strict safety protocols.
- Reliable, compassionate, high-energy, and ready to thrive in active environments where you see your positive impact every day.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and build functional communication.
- Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.
- Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
