Behavior Technician (Paid RBT Training)
About The Position
Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at our Waxahachie clinic. No prior ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification! This role offers a meaningful career change in healthcare, and you don’t need a specialized healthcare background or prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to launch a successful clinical path at Galliant. It is ideal for candidates transitioning from fields such as early childhood education, daycare teaching, school paraprofessional roles, caregiving, direct support (DSP/CNA), healthcare support, retail, customer service, or restaurant/hospitality, who possess patience, reliability, high energy, and a heart for helping others.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or higher.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation for daily commute to the Waxahachie clinic.
- Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children build functional communication, daily living skills, and social connections.
- Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity acceptance and compassionate care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.
- Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
