About The Position

Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at our Burleson clinic. No prior ABA or healthcare experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification! We believe clinicians deliver the best care when they love where they work. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Burleson clinic.
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure strict clinic safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individualized plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and active engagement in a fun clinic environment.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session metrics and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
