About The Position

Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at our Royse City clinic. No prior ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification! Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation for daily commute to the Royse City clinic.
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain strict safety protocols.
• Reliable, compassionate, high-energy, and ready to thrive in active environments where you see your positive impact every day.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Backgrounds in early childhood education, daycare teaching, special education assistant roles, caregiving, direct support (DSP/CNA), healthcare support, retail, customer service, hospitality, or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children build functional communication, daily living skills, and social connections.
• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity acceptance and compassionate care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
