About The Position

Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at our Bedford clinic. No prior ABA or healthcare experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification! This is a 100% center-based role with a consistent daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM. You will work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in an energizing clinic culture.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily travel to and from the Bedford clinic.
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure strict safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in early childhood education, daycare teaching, caregiving, paraprofessional work, direct support (DSP/CNA), retail, customer service, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual therapy plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and develop functional communication.
• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity-affirming care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in an energetic clinic environment.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
