About The Position

Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at our Benson area clinic. No prior ABA or medical experience required—we cover 100% of your training and certification! This is a full-time, center-based role with a predictable daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM. The position offers competitive starting pay with opportunities for raises every 6 months and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Benson clinic.
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual therapy plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.
• Digital Data Collection: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.
