Cortica is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide naturalistic, play-based ABA services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming model that builds on each child’s abilities and supports skills and relationships across home, school, and community settings. Care combines neuroscience and developmental models and involves collaboration with families and clinicians. The position includes a comprehensive, fully paid, three-week in-person orientation with hands-on training. Behavior Technicians receive ongoing professional development and coaching from Lead BTs, ABA Assistant Supervisors, and ABA Supervisors, and may have opportunities to advance on the Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, pursue a BCBA role, or move into a corporate support role. The role also involves collaborating with experts in speech-language, music, occupational, and physical therapy, as well as counselors, pediatricians, neurologists, and nurse practitioners.
