About The Position
Learning Ladders ABA is hiring a dedicated and experienced Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide individualized, in-home ABA services to an 8-year-old client in Atlanta, Georgia (DeKalb County). The role involves delivering one-on-one, evidence-based behavioral intervention and supporting the client's communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive living skills under BCBA supervision. The schedule is Monday and Tuesday from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, with up to 20 hours per week and additional hours available on weekends. This is a part-time position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous ABA therapy experience.
- Experience working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, dependable, professional, and engaging.
- Availability for evening sessions and weekend hours.
Nice To Haves
- RBT certification.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
- Provide direct, one-on-one behavioral intervention in the client's home.
- Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
- Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive living skills.
- Maintain professional communication with the supervising BCBA and clinical team.
