ABA Behavior Technician - DeKalb County
About The Position
Learning Ladders ABA is hiring a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide individualized, in-home ABA therapy to a 7-year-old girl in Stone Mountain, DeKalb County, Georgia. The role supports the child’s communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living skills through individualized ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. Sessions use engaging, play-based learning, creativity, encouragement, and positive reinforcement. The position offers a consistent part-time schedule of 21 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Previous ABA therapy experience required.
- Experience working with children.
- Energetic, patient, playful, and creative personality.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and compassion.
Nice To Haves
- RBT certification preferred, but not required.
