ABA Behavior Technician - DeKalb County
About The Position
Learning Ladders ABA is hiring an in-home Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one, individualized ABA therapy to a 7-year-old girl in Stone Mountain, DeKalb County, Georgia. The technician will help the child develop communication, social, behavioral, and everyday life skills, making learning engaging through play and creative activities while celebrating progress and remaining patient when sessions do not go as planned. The role includes professional supervision and support from a BCBA. This is a part-time opportunity for 21 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM–7:30 PM.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Previous ABA therapy experience.
- Experience working with children.
- Energetic, playful, creative, and engaging approach.
- Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
Nice To Haves
- RBT certification is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one, individualized ABA therapy in the child's home.
