ABA Behavior Technician - Nelson County, VA
About The Position
Learning Ladders ABA is hiring an in-home Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one individualized ABA therapy to a 7-year-old boy in Gladstone, Virginia. The position focuses on helping the child develop communication, social, behavioral, and everyday life skills through engaging, creative, and play-based learning. The technician works under professional supervision from a BCBA. This is a consistent part-time opportunity for 25 hours per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. The position is in the child’s home.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Previous ABA therapy experience.
- Experience working with children.
- Patience, compassion, reliability, energy, playfulness, creativity, and an engaging approach.
Nice To Haves
- RBT certification.
