Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, increasing to $20.00 per hour after successful RBT certification, beginning with the following full pay period. The posted schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; it is set and cannot be modified, with no evenings or weekends. The position is offered at AB Spectrum clinics in Ballwin, Wright City, or St. Peter’s, Missouri. Placement depends on current openings, clinical needs, and the location where the candidate is expected to be most successful. The work involves collaboration with BCBAs, RBTs, speech-language pathologists, Center Administrators, and other team members.
