About The Position

We are looking for individuals who are patient, positive, and celebrate small victories, to work with children. We provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and offer strong clinical mentorship and career pathways. Our culture is driven by collaboration and shared success.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
  • Resilience and compassion
  • Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
  • Pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds
  • Sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services
  • Experience with children is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans
  • Building skills through play, connection, and presence
  • Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology
  • Creating a safe, positive environment for every child
  • Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days
