About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to work with children aged 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. You will work 1:1 with children, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), using play and connection to build skills. The role involves tracking progress, documenting sessions using ABA technology, creating a safe and positive environment, and preparing for RBT certification within the first 45 days. We offer strong clinical mentorship, career pathways, and a supportive culture.
