We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs). This role is more than just a job; it's a calling to make a significant difference in the lives of children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 6 years in a center-based environment, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our approach focuses on building skills through play, connection, and creating a safe, positive environment where children feel secure enough to try. We provide comprehensive paid training to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within your first 45 days, with ongoing mentorship and career pathways, including support for becoming a BCBA.
