About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. This role involves working one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. The position is ideal for someone who is patient, positive, and finds fulfillment in making a significant difference in a child's life. While prior experience is not required, we provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with the necessary skills, including preparation for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Our supportive clinical leadership and collaborative culture ensure you are never working alone and that your expertise is valued. Requirements

  • Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliability, including consistent attendance and timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Resilience and compassion.
  • Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
  • Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside children.

  • Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services.
  • Experience with children.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), following individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate skill development through play, connection, and creating a safe environment for children.
  • Track client progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
  • Maintain a safe and positive environment for all children.
  • Prepare for and obtain RBT certification within the first 45 days of employment.
