Behavior Technician BT Work With Kids
About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. This role involves working one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. The position is ideal for someone who is patient, positive, and finds fulfillment in making a significant difference in a child's life. While prior experience is not required, we provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with the necessary skills, including preparation for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Requirements
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliability, including consistent attendance and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Resilience and compassion.
- Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
- Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside children.

Responsibilities
- Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), following individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate skill development through play, connection, and creating a safe environment for children.
- Track client progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for all children.
- Prepare for and obtain RBT certification within the first 45 days of employment.
