About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to work with children aged 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. This role involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), utilizing play-based methods to build skills and foster a safe environment for children to try new things. The position requires tracking progress, documenting sessions using ABA technology, and preparing for RBT certification within the first 45 days. The company emphasizes a supportive clinical leadership, paid training, and a collaborative culture.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
  • Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
  • Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
  • Pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds
  • Sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services
  • Experience with children is a plus
